Mop-topped toddler Suri Cruise, daughter of Tinseltown It Couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, is “Hollywood’s Hottest Tot,” according to Forbes magazine.

To come up with the Top Tot, the numbers crunchers based their findings on the celeb kids’ press clippings and Web presence and also consulted E-Poll Market Research for both the little ones’ awareness data and consumer appeal of their parents.

Little Miss Cruise, 2, earned the top spot for public awareness, receiving more blog mentions than any of the other kiddies. The stylish Suri, who has lots of fab frocks and a cute personality to match, was also referenced in more than 1,300 news articles.

Coming in at No. 2 was Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s celebuspawn Shiloh – who has Daddy’s blond locks and blue eyes and Mommy’s puffy pout – who ranked high in press and blog mentions. Brad and Angie Jo’s adopted 3-year-old child Zahara came in third while adopted son, Pax, came in at No. 4.

Tiger Woods’ little cub, Sam Alexis, crawled in at No. 5 followed by Cruz Beckham, the 3-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham. Matilda Ledger, the daughter of the late Heath Ledger and his “Brokeback Mountain” co-star Michelle Williams came in at No. 7.

Then there’s little David Banda, who was adopted by Madonna and her estranged hubby Guy Ritchie; Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s kiddie Sean Preston; and 3-year-old Sam Sheen, the daughter of Denise Richards and her ex, Charlie Sheen.

Victoria Beckham has said she will be moving to Milan for husband David Beckham’s short stint with the city’s AC Milan football team.

Victoria was initially said to be staying in Los Angeles with their sons, nine year old Brooklyn, six year old Romeo and three year old Cruz – but now she’s said she and the boys will be joining David in Italy.

She told the Sun: “It will literally be for two months, because the season finishes here in LA and David will then go to train with AC Milan.

“We are so supportive, myself and the children. It’s a great opportunity for him and we’re very excited.

“It will be a wonderful experience for the family.”

A source close to the family explained Victoria’s change of heart to the Daily Mail, saying: “When they first talked about him going, I don’t think she thought twice about it.

“But now that it’s been announced and everyone has had their say, it’s become upsetting. Some friends have hinted that she’d be mad to let him go alone.

“Victoria seemed stunned that people have suggested David might be off as soon as he got the opportunity. Any woman would feel paranoid with all that speculation. It’s gutting for her that people would think that.”

After David moved to Madrid ahead of his family in 2004, his then personal assistant Rebecca Loos sold a kiss-and-tell story about a romance between the pair to the press.

It’s a rare night you get to sit down to dinner with Victoria Beckham, Heidi Klum, Rosario Dawson, and Felicity Huffman — unless you’re Eva Longoria Parker.

A few close friends of the Desperate Housewives star attended a private dinner thrown by Allure magazine Tuesday night at Longoria Parker’s own Hollywood restaurant, Beso.

Allure editor Linda Wells called Longoria Parker, who graced the magazine’s November cover, “smart, gorgeous, funny and unretouched … and not frumpy at all,” a nod to the deglamming of Longoria Parker’s character this season on Desperate Housewives.

“It was nice to change it up for Gabrielle,” Longoria Parker said, but promised that Gaby will be “glamorous again” by the 100th episode, which airs in January.

Beckham praised the Allure cover: “I love the fact that Eva has a more natural makeup. I love the heavy brow. I love the styling. It’s a really, really, gorgeous cover and a gorgeous spread.”

The intimate setting (a long table was set for 50 and the restaurant closed for the private event), led to a remarkably relaxed set of A-listers: at Klum’s instigation, she, Longoria Parker and Beckham struck a Charlie’s Angels pose.

Klum and Longoria Parker delightedly compared their identical six-inch black YSL pumps. “When I did Project Runway I was like, ‘I have to have those!’ ” said Longoria Parker, who asked, “So how short does she make me look?” as the photographer snapped the picture. Klum “doesn’t need them,” she laughed. “She’s so tall! But, I really need them!”

There was also some gentle ribbing at the honoree’s expense. “When Eva’s not drunk, she is so good and talented,” joked Desperate co-star Felicity Huffman. “And I’m just hoping tonight we can keep her off the sauce.”

On a more serious note, she sang her co-star’s praises: “She’s the most joyful, generous, industrious, down-to-earth person that I know, so if she invites me to the opening of a letter, I’ll go.”

Other bits from the private party:

•Beckham raved about the food.

“David loves the menu. He loves Mexican food.” The former Spice Girl brought Klum as her date for the evening. “She lives just down the road from me. David and Seal (Klum’s husband) are friends and the kids play together.”

•Klum had an excellent reason for not clearing her plate: She had already had dinner. “It’s important to sit and eat with the kids, so I ate goulash already with them,” said the supermodel. She downplayed the sensation she caused at this weekend’s Victoria’s Secret fashion show. “I’m the dinosaur in the bunch,” she insisted.

•Desperate guest star Gale Harold is “on the mend,” said Dana Delany. “We all hope he comes back.” “From what I understand, he’s getting better and better, so it’s all good news on that front,” added Huffman. Without going into specifics, she remarked that it does “throw a monkey wrench” into this season’s story lines.

• Huffman on the rumor that Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin was going to drop by Wisteria Lane: “Marc Cherry, who’s a gay Republican, which is an oxymoron, hates Sarah Palin so much that he actually voted for Barack Obama. That’s true, that’s a direct quote! He said he couldn’t in good conscience vote for her, so no, he’s not about to have her on the show!”

• Hayden Panettiere on Heroes: “Last night’s episode was so good and I think hopefully the start of many more wonderful ones. I thought it was just incredible. It’s important to know what’s good and stick with it. It’s heading down, I hope, a really fun, really great road. In the episodes coming up, you really see some interesting people together that you’ve never seen before.”

• Kyle MacLachlan is creating his own wine, a Cabernet blend that will be called “Pursued by Bear, an oblique reference to my favorite Shakespeare stage direction.”

DAVID BECKHAM’s childhood home is on the market for a whopping $1.29 million (GBP850,000) – almost four times the value of similar properties in the area.
The soccer ace grew up in a tiny terrace house in Leytonstone, east London before he reached superstar status and could afford to splash out on a single pad.
Beckham lived at the address with mum Sandra and dad Ted, before leaving aged 14 after he was signed up for the youth training scheme with soccer supergroup Manchester United.
The three bedroomed house is worth about $380,000 (GBP250,000) – but its connection to the star has seen its value soar.
The property is being advertised as “Lucky leafy Leytonstone, celebrity hotspot – London’s answer to Hollywood.”

The three-year-old completed his look with a pair of aviator shades during his day at the shops.

Laterm he got into the Christmas spirit by swapping his pith helmet for a Santa hat. The pair stopped off at Santa’s grotto, but Cruz was not happy to find that it doesn’t open for another fortnight and needed some consoling.

Still, he had a smile and wave for photographers, unlike Victoria, who looked typically glum as she tottered down the street in a green suede shift dress and Christian Louboutin boots.

Cruz has demonstrated a fondness for fancy dress, recently venturing out as Buzz Lightyear and one of the Power Rangers.

He is also a talented breakdancer, delighting fans on the Spice Girls world tour by busting some moves on stage.

However, Victoria and footballer husband David believe their middle son Romeo is most likely to have a career in the spotlight. “Romeo is the performer in our family. He’s going to be the next Justin Timberlake,” according to David.

The footballer will be leaving the sunny climes of Los Angeles in January for a spell at AC Milan. However, it is reported that Victoria is unwilling to uproot the family again and will remain in the US. David is due to return to LA Galaxy in March for the start of the MLS season

David Beckham and wife Victoria Beckham can officially add Madonna to their impressive list of A-list friends.
The couple was spotted dining with Madge at celebrity hotspot Nobu in Los Angeles last night.
Madonna had a 5-day (much needed) break from her Sticky & Sweet tour and has been getting some R&R in LA. In case you were wondering, her rumored beau A-Rod is currently in Miami, so it wasn’t a double date.

Style guru VICTORIA BECKHAM will spend two months in one of the world’s fashion capitals – the designer will accompany her soccer ace husband DAVID to Europe as he trains with a team in Milan, Italy.
The England midfielder will head to professional club A.C. Milan on loan from U.S. team Los Angeles Galaxy in January (09) in a bid to stay on top form.
And now Victoria has confirmed that she and their three sons – Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six, and three year old Cruz – will also journey to Italy.

She says, “It will literally be for two months because the season finishes here in L.A. and David will go to train with A.C. Milan.

“We are so supportive, myself and the children. It’s a great opportunity for him and we are very excited about spending time in Milan.”
And the former Spice Girl is convinced her fashionable surroundings will have an influence on her designs.

She adds: “Obviously I will be very busy as well because I will be preparing to show my next collection in February in New York.”I have so many friends there and my experience of Italy is great. The best thing you can give a designer is the ability to travel and experience different cultures, countries, and so for me, it’s huge.”
